14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer and applicable consumer protection law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Returned products should be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original condition.
You may inspect the products as you would reasonably do in a physical store. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.
Custom and Personalized Products
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, where permitted by applicable law, to goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Please carefully check all specifications before approving a customized order.
Natural Materials
Products manufactured from natural materials such as corozo, coconut, wood, genuine horn and shell may naturally vary in color, grain, texture and appearance.
Reasonable natural variations are part of the individual character of these materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible at info@polkom.com, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the situation and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by law, standard outbound delivery charges will also be reimbursed. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard option are not refundable.
