Products

Premium Fashion Accessories offers buttons, labels, zippers, elastics, ribbons, buckles, cords, metal accessories and other fashion and garment components.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors and finishes.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes and production batches.

Natural products including corozo, coconut, wood, genuine horn and shell may naturally vary in shade, grain, texture and appearance. Such reasonable natural variations are not considered defects.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges will be displayed during the ordering process where required.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, obvious pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or an inability to manufacture the requested specifications.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Customized Products

Customers ordering customized products are responsible for checking and approving all relevant specifications, including:

Dimensions
Colors
Materials
Quantities
Finishes
Technical specifications

Where the customer approves a digital drawing, artwork, prototype or physical sample, production may proceed according to that approval.

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply.

Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By supplying us with a logo, trademark, artwork, design or other intellectual property for reproduction, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use it and to instruct us to manufacture products incorporating it.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content on this website, including product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to Polkom Europe LTD.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
